Hand-crafted pieces like the 3D miniatures and caricature do not show a live preview, since these are individually modelled or drawn by our artist from your reference photo.

A clear, well-lit photo taken in good light gives the sharpest print, especially for larger sizes like the 14x18 inch acrylic frame. Avoid heavily cropped, blurry, or very low-resolution images - if a photo looks pixelated on your phone screen, it will look pixelated on the finished gift too.

It depends on the product. Layered photo frames and the 16-page personalised magazine are built for multiple photos. Single-photo products like the acrylic frame, wooden engraving frame and photo puzzle frame are designed around one main image. Our wooden pieces are still built to last with normal indoor use, but if the gift will hang somewhere with direct humidity exposure (near a bathroom or kitchen, for instance), acrylic is the safer long-term choice.
