One question we get asked constantly: "How does the personalisation actually work?" Here is the honest, step-by-step answer.

Step 1 - Customise on the product page. Upload your photo or type your name/message directly on the product page. For photo and text gifts (frames, mugs, card holders and more), you will see a live preview showing roughly how your gift will look before you buy.

Step 2 - Add to cart and check out. Once you are happy with the preview, add it to your cart and pay securely online. No separate customisation step required.

For hand-crafted pieces like the 3D miniatures and caricature, you upload a reference photo instead of a live preview - these are individually modelled or drawn by our artist, so a pasted-on preview would not reflect the real hand-crafted result.

Step 3 - Production & delivery. We produce your gift using exactly what you uploaded or typed, and ship it to you, with the timeline depending on the product.
